Design, delivery and evaluation of a training programme in assessment techniques for the ESF – Employability Programme
The project included a training programme in skills assessment techniques to raise and reinforce quality assurance in skills assessment procedures. The project involved also the review of the current trade testing process and suggested changes aimed at improving the system.
In the exercise, Outlook Coop recommended strategies and drew up a manual of procedures that needed to be adopted by prospective assessors when assessing non-formal and informal learning. The project also involved the definition of the standards of competence of assessors as stipulated by the Malta Qualifications Council.
Outlook also conducted a training needs together with the analysis and design, develop and deliver of the training programme.
