Training and Employment Exposure Schemes (TEES) 2004 – 2006
Outlook Coop was the management organisation responsible for implementing and managing the Training and Employment Exposure Schemes (TEES) scheme on behalf of the Employment and Training Corporation (ETC) from February 2005 to January 2007. TEES was a project part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). Its main aim was to help develop employment by promoting employability, business spirit and equal opportunities and investing in human resources.
400 participants were engaged in the scheme and were recruited in 3 intakes of 130 participants at a time. The recruitment was conducted according to eligibility and subject to labour market vacancies.
TEES encouraged employers to consider unemployed people aged 40 and over as efficient and productive, and to show employers that the experience of these prospective employees pays.
